Panda Express - Kirkland

We came in 50 minutes to close and got excellent service! The food is what you would expect and the people are so nice!!

We ordered over $126.00 in food to be delivered by Grub Hub. 7 items from Panda Express Totem Lake. Only three of the items were correct. We received a partial refund from Grub Hub. I had to drive to the restaurant, order what was missing or not delivered. Took an hour. By the time Grub Hub issued the partial refund that tied up my bank funds for another five days. Another hour had passed. So the food we had originally received was now cold! My thoughts Grub hub should have refunded the whole order, or at least the delivery fee, service fee, and tip. Not just the missing items and tax. I will be using a different delivery service at least for a while, like Uber Eats. As a side note, I can tell you the receipt that came in the original food bag was not our order, not even our credit card number.

The beef and broccoli wasn 't good but everything else was good--very fresh, too, on a Friday night. Tons of to go and Uber orders so they were super busy even though the store was mostly empty. Employees were fast, efficient, and friendly. Family feast is a lot of food. It 's the Pizza Hut of American Chinese cuisine. No one 's going to say it 's authentic , but it 's still tasty.

I order through DoorDash chicken and salad there is no chicken never support this business very bad ??????

I wish places would do away with the online orders. I feel bad for the staff because they're obviously spread thin and over-worked. Plus they have to deal with rude, pushy customers. As a result, it's a bad atmosphere and the food is inconsistent. I won't be back unless they do away with online orders. It's not a happy
