Bidra med feedbackCamed to taco bell at 1241 am the cashier and another employee was sitting in Dining room talking I waited from 1241 to 1245 before someone ask to take order I wanted a potato soft taco she told me they was out and was about to close it don't take longto drop potatoes poor customer service lazy workers
Doors were locked at the main entrance. Everybody walk around to the back door. Eating area was freezing. Tables were dirty and not cleaned off. One taco had supreme had absolutely no tomatoes and very little sour cream. The other one was packed withtomatoes and zero sour cream. I heard others complaining too.
I visited the drive-thru recently and had a great experience. The woman at the window was very friendly and ensured our order was correct, providing plenty of sauces for everything. The cook did an excellent job as well; the food was delicious. I haven't experienced such good service in a long time!
My grandson enjoys it from time to time, so I drive to Kinston to pick it up for him. However, I'm not a fan of Mexican food; it's just too strong for my taste!
My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered chicken, but I was mistakenly charged for steak instead. The checkout staff appeared indifferent and didn’t really listen to what I was saying. Overall, it felt like a disrespectful and unpleasant interaction.
