Perfect hosts, perfect location and perfect stay. It's 10 years since our last visit and although much has changed the benefits of travelling up there to a place so remote and quiet remain. The hotel itself still has wonderful charm and the food and drinks were delicious. Dinner was imaginative and beautifully cooled and presented. Breakfast was HUGE! Weven have no doubt we'll be back again before too long.
This was one of the best UK breaks we've ever had. We were made so welcome, and everything was perfect. Very highly recommended if you want to escape for a few days.
