Costa Coffee - Kingston upon Thames

At our visit to kingston you spent some time in the shopping center bentalls. and decided to coffee in this restaurant. the facility was very busy, but saw customers waiting behind me and decided to go before they were served. we ordered the big secret service that was very big, but good.

The personal is always friendly, but the place itself feels a title tired and needs a little dc. it has only this shameful feeling. Drinks, cake etc. are all good, again, they have not changed the menu choice in years and despite the addition festive. drinks etc. everything feels very similar.

Two employees were incredibly rude. when our old forget to ask them not to add to their hot chocolate, we have asked them apologetic to simply remove them. that was a BIG problem for them because they were really busy. despite my apologies. they were irritated and rude and told us that we had asked three times when we ordered. obviously they have no children and they have never made a mistake in their lives. never again. they need to teach through customer service. never before had this experience at the costa. disappoint!

This assessment concerns the costa located in the cellar of the bentalls centre. we visited here on Saturday afternoon october, we were only here for a coffee. the service was so slow, we almost stopped serving. Finally, we have ordered the flat white ones. the coffee when served could not have been classified as hot, tepid would be more accurate. we sat near the counter and the servier area, it was quite with too many tables and chairs for the space available there were more sitting places to the back that did not seem so stunned.

Always visit this costa (located near new look) when visiting the Bentall Centre. Staff are friendly. My only criticism is that the tables could be cleared and cleaned more regularly.
