Papa John's Pizza

I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the fantastic customer service. The pizza was top-notch, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. The female manager stood out for her polite and respectful interactions with customers. I highly recommend this restaurant to others based on my positive experience with the manager and the overall service.

Attention all vegans and vegetarians!! Please beware of this restaurant. I found chicken on my supposedly vegan pizza, and I am considering taking legal action. I have kept the pizza in the box, which clearly lists my vegan options on the sticker. I have already eaten two thirds of it, so it is likely that I have unknowingly consumed chicken and now feel very sick. I am concerned about getting really ill, so I plan to report this to trading standards in the morning and seek advice on potentially taking legal action against the restaurant. I may even contact a local news outlet, such as hull live, as they may be interested in my experience. My stomach feels awful at the moment, and I am quite worried about the situation.

I order in store new pizza cypriot and hallomise fries both of very tasty food delicious, hot food and new staff all very excellent service.

Order tracker showed food prepared, cooked and being cut within 22 minutes of ordering and 20 minutes later delivery turns up stone cold! Management just keep saying they 're really busy and short on drivers so you 'll have to wait 10 more minutes .... What a joke food refused (I 'm not eating cold soggy food) and I 'm now £40 down! Formal complaint raised with head office, so hopefully I 'll get a refund, otherwise I 'll pop in soon when they 're busy and raise my issues directly with the branch manager? I 'll never order from here again, uninstalling the app now.
