The Aegean - Kingston-upon-Hull

I went to work in Hull and decided to visit Aegean, a restaurant serving delicious Greek cuisine. I ordered saganaki and calamari, and I was impressed by how soft and fresh the calamari was. The portion was so large that I couldn’t finish it all. Saganaki is my guilty pleasure—it's absolutely delicious and flavorful. The service from the Greek waiter was excellent, and it was nice to converse with him in his native language. I never expected to find such a fantastic Greek restaurant in Hull, in the northeast of England.

Amazing restaurant! We had a delicious meal on Saturday night, and despite the busy atmosphere, the service was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and we didn't have to wait at all. The menu is extensive with plenty of options, and the portions are very generous (I even took some leftovers home because I couldn't finish mine). We're eager to return since there’s so much more we want to try!

A perfect dining experience! Choosing a restaurant can be challenging, especially when you're unfamiliar with the area, but this turned out to be one of the best meals we've had. The food was simple yet exquisite, and the service was incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it's clear that this place is a favorite among the locals. I would highly recommend it!

Delightful food, good portions for the price they pay, and a good selection of options for all nutritional requirements. we will be back again and we are happy with the service, employees once they were polite and keep them with recommendations and a healthy interest in the creation of recommendations and the specializations. the chef is present and strives to ensure that guests enjoy the food. I will warm up on two fronts, first the restaurant is a bit loud and this leads to problems when booking via the phone, so they use the app service to book and if they are hard to hear a table before the restaurant before the bar. the second is that this place is not wheelchair access there is a step at the front doof, not huge but no ramp and the disabled toilet is close to the kitchen door and was out of operation when we last visited, so could best check in ahead.

Had the best Valentines meal with the wife. The staff were super attentive and the food was outstanding as always. So fresh, tasty and great portion sizes. The Aegean does not disappoint at all. I absolutely recommend this place for either an intimate meal with the better half or for a party booking.
