Ruby Mae - Kingston

I had such a craving for fried chicken while I was leaving the hospital and my mom and I settled on ordering pick up from Ruby Mae's. When I say that this is messed up good I mean it EMPHATICALLY. The chicken has the perfect crunchy/moist ratio, the Mac and cheese nearly gave me a religious experience, and don't get me started on the corn. What a treasure!!!!

I wish I were able to give this place ten stars! Five is not enough. It's that good. Food is delicious. It is expertly prepared when you order it, and full of flavor. The service is welcoming and cheerful.

Had the catfish dinner… the greens were a bit salty and the cornbread was to sweet for my taste The fish was fried to perfection and the Mac and cheese was tasty.

Everything was fantastic, but for someone who believes his mac and cheese is the best, I must admit I think Ruby Mae's might be better!

Best soul food around! Really delicious. Made with love. Got the chicken dinner with Mac n cheese and collards. Everything was delicious.
