Tim Hortons - Kingston

I have to break this habit, but I still feel the need to have a coffee, donut, and cappuccino every day. It's difficult to find a job here because our city decided to give criminal records to everyone for marijuana possession, then legalized it when they started bringing in foreigners for education, employment, and housing.

Ordered online for pickup immediately. Took 15 minutes to receive my food when people walking in and ordering were getting their food before mine. Very slow at service and not organized in the operation of the restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The coffee and food quality exceeded my expectations, and I've tried a variety of items including the double double, French Vanilla, Hot Chocolate, and Boston Cream, among others. Each one was absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I'd give it a solid 10/10 rating!

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was unaware of how the app was used to redeem a drink and treated me disrespectfully. Ultimately, I left without receiving anything.

They were very polite and pleasant . Having fun . Seem like they enjoy what they were doing. Timmy is catching up to Starbucks with service. Keep the great job
