Pizza Plus

Just wanted to give the pizza plus in Lynn Garden the attention they deserve... After calling to let them know about the extra ingredient found in the 1st piece of pizza I picked up they initially refused to refund my money on pizza cheese sticks and give me a credit I don't know about you but once I find hair in my food that's it you fkd up I'm not eating there again period... So they ended up refunding the pizza only even though none of it was eaten due to ruining our appetite... Me being me after I brought their nastiness back to them I asked where my refund on the delivery charge since I delivered it back to them but was denied... But moral of this rant is share this with everyone so they get the recognition for top notch service with amazing customer service to boot... Wouldn't recommend anyone spending a dime with this sorry establishment...

Quick and friendly service. I've ordered multiple times and had little to no complaints with this location.

I stopped by and did a walk in order. I only saw two ladies inside. One on the phone, one at the counter. It took about 2 minutes of standing at the register, 2 feet away from the lady who was at the counter, before I was acknowledged. While I was giving my order, another lady walked in. She apparently just returned from a delivery... it took a few minutes to get my order straight because the lady at the counter kept reading me back my order incorrectly. I ordered a large, two topping, thin crust pizza with sausage and hamburger. She would then ask, What do you want for toppings? I would repet my order. Then she asked, What style pizza, regular or thin crust? I would repet my order. She told me it would be 10 12 minutes, and I said I would wait in my truck and I would come back in. About 8 minutes passed, and one of the ladies, I think she was the lady on the phone, came over to my truck and handed me my pizza. She was very polite and very friendly. All in all, my experience was a good one, and yes, my order was correct.

This little store has made a big turnaround definitely glad to see the smiling faces welcoming us as we come to eat and the way they react and treated my children was awesome especially the manager as she was so busy with everything else but still had time for her customers she is great big turn around with this place with her Love it ??
