Mcdonald's - Kingsland

Just got done with an 8hr drive and showed up to the only open drive thru at 2am. As we pulled up, they told they were shutting down for cleaning with no sign to show for it. When we left and pulled around they had two cars waiting for food.

Awful they are rude and hateful for no reason and they are the reason they are backed up most of the time it's awful

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the franchise owners contact information is not Made readily available. I would think that the franchisee would want to know that they have people making food at the restaurant right now with hair halfway down their back and the hair is not in any way restrained or pulled back. Also at 4:30 p.m. when it's not even busy for dinner yet two out of three of the women's restroom stalls have no toilet paper. Way to go with not doing a proper shift change over and not being Rush ready. I know it's not fine dining or anything but have some pride in your restaurant.

I hate that you have to order your food at a kiosk. They have a nice outdoor area. I enjoyed it most though because it's the half way point to my daughter's. We had a nice meet up in the outdoor area.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
