You seem to load more for things, then other fast food places. I don't know why

You will be better at the accuracy and speed of the drive thru.

The bathroom. must be more clean. the kitchen must be cleaner and the workers must wear gloves while the walk with food. I noticed that some people with long hair needed a hair dryer. some employees said intelligent remarks to other employees who are a no-no at work. they should work together to get the orders out....in a competitive professional wise, without over to who what did, when and where. if the job is not what they think move on to the life is short on something they don't want to do many more there. create an atmosphere so if someone wants to eat in their restaurant they will stay and eat in their restaurant because they promote a positive atmosphere. it will be people. money for great eating and reputation for a great place to eat.you can-do it

Love this new Arbys in kings mountain, the food was made just right, fresh grease, roast beef not sliced too thick, customer service was awesome! They have a bell at the front door you can ring if your experience was good, my wife and I rung it twice. Loved it!

Fast service, but food is sloppy. Roast beef sandwiches are just slapped together, looks like they fell off a shelf. Not appetizing.Food: 3/5
