Bidra med feedbackGood proportions and not too far from the highway. Do not really know how to create other Pho sites here In the Bay Area but I definitely have a new place to go when in the city!
You do not expect an authentic quality Vietnamese food in King City! The food was excellent and authentic. We enjoyed the beef dried peel. But this is a classic hole in the wall: do not expect you to expect beautiful place settings or sparkling floors.
Located directly on the highway for easy access and parking. The menu is quite simple with pictures. I got the picture with everything, $8. The Phobrühe was light and tasty, very domestic and not greasy. Bean sprouts were fresh and crispy. Meat was thin and not chewable. Meatballs were okay. The Thai iced tea was not too sweet. The prices are definitely higher than other Pho locations, but as there are probably not too many competitors within a 20-mile radius, they can load a little more. I'd definitely come back when I'm going through the area!
The food is excellent and the service is friendly. Be prepared for delicious flavors and bring your appetite. Vin is both the owner and chef, and we have been coming here for four years. Give it a try - you won't regret it.
Although Pho was a bit expensive, it was not surprising considering its remote location. Both the pho and spring rolls were delicious, and this comes from a Vietnamese person who eats pho regularly.
