Godfather's Pizza Express - Kimball

I love Godfathers Pizza. But bad experience here. As I entered TV screens to order were off. All shelves were empty and nobody on counter. I saw two boys inside and came and switched on TV at 3.30 pm.I ordered and I left my fresh food on table to get drinks and in 2 minutes it was gone. Staff threw it. It was no problem. But instead of any sorry, they were laughing that the did a great job.

I have visited Godfather's four times, twice in the morning and twice at night. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for the night crew. My order taker, Terry, was very considerate and knowledgeable. He made recommendations and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. On the morning crew, however, they seemed disinterested and I felt like they did not want my business. Terry, Kaden, and Wyatt were awesome, especially Terry with his top-notch customer service. Good job night crew, you are the reason I will continue to come back. I do not recommend going in the morning, wait until night if you can. I give the day crew a 1-star rating.

The night crew at this restaurant is the hardest working in the industry. We have ordered dinner here multiple times and the service crew and food are without a doubt the best. Josh, Jeremy, and Patrick have always been extremely helpful, efficient, and eager to go above and beyond to ensure our experience is unforgettable and our food is perfect. Excellent job, we will be back soon.

I absolutely loved the thin crust pizza at this restaurant. Pam made it exactly how I wanted and her customer service was exceptional, 11 out of 10!

I stopped in for a bite to eat. The pizza smelled amazing, so I had to give it a try. We ordered a large all meat pizza and it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely stop by again next time I'm in Kentucky.
