Ledgewood Yurt - KILLINGTON

This is an outstanding classic restaurant that you *must* visit, and be sure to come with an appetite! We anticipated a simple camp-style eatery, but what we discovered was far beyond that. Be sure to check both sides of the menu; we almost overlooked it, and we've heard others mistakenly think they only serve soups and salads. In reality, they have a fully stocked kitchen offering top-notch food and a fantastic selection of wine and beer, including a unique glow wine that was just what we needed after our snowshoeing adventure. This charming little restaurant and bar is tucked away and not easily noticed. Be prepared to wait a bit during lunchtime, but you can enjoy a drink outside while they call your table. I loved all the soup and sandwich options they offer, and the prices are quite reasonable for being located in the mountains.

The ambiance is pleasant, reminiscent of a yurt while also presenting an upscale restaurant vibe. It’s a spot that offers higher quality food on the mountain.
