Bidra med feedbackI recently went to Subway for lunch and ordered a sandwich. However, they did not honor a valid coupon that I presented, so I refused to pay for the food. It was disappointing to experience this lack of honesty and integrity from Subway.
App always shows store closed. Cannot use any of app coupons since they do not have scanner to read phone code. Seems like if they offer a coupon they should have a work around for broken equipment. Elgin store much better and stay away from this onewhen I can.
The customer service at this restaurant was incredibly poor - they were rude, impolite, and just downright mean.
I was unable to place an order at this restaurant as they were not accepting coupons and the rewards app was not working. This happened twice within an 8-day period. Unfortunately, they missed out on selling six subs.
Hate leaving bad reviews, but the past few times we?ve gone there, the bread was so bad....wasn?t fresh at all. It was so stale and hard to eat. Employees are nice but unfortunately the food is not fresh. Hopefully the managers read these reviews and makesure employees are throwing out the day old bread, and baking fresh everyday, since that?s their motto ?eat fresh?.
