Bidra med feedbackThe beer here is fantastic! The Golden Eagle ESB was exceptional and, as it turns out, award-winning too. It's a friendly, casual spot that's great for locals. They also have darts, pool, and more activities to enjoy.
What I initially thought would be just another ordinary Wednesday turned into an exciting discovery of what I believe is one of the top five breweries in central Texas. I sampled about 75% of the beers, and each one was spot on. The Irrelevant Blonde Hooah should undoubtedly be a flagship beer across the state, as its execution is nothing short of spectacular—extremely balanced and uniquely crafted for our market. On a side note, John is a genuine gentleman in the industry, actively supporting local non-profits and the community. In conclusion, I rate this brewery a solid 10/10. It’s expertly managed by one of the best in the business. Thank you for such an amazing experience and an outstanding drinking adventure! Cheers!
The beer here is excellent, and the bartender Curves is fantastic!
How did I not find out about this hidden gem right around the corner from my hote soonerl? Great atmosphere, awesome beers and super cool staff. Tori and Patsy are awesome!
This is the only craft brewery in Killeen. I have been to hundreds of craft breweries (without exaggerating and I would say this one is above average. They can easily compete with the breweries in Austin without the hour drive. The Staff I have met the owner, Nick, who is a veteran and gets the concept of what a craft brewery should be, which is not always the case with some breweries. The head brewer, Mark, is very knowledgeable and does great work. They are focused on the process and the details. The bartenders are friendly and helpful. They will encourage you to drink water after you 've had 4 or 5 too...The beer They beer is good, but keep in mind it will not taste familiar. Many people complain that craft beer isn 't good because they are not used to craft beer. Get a couple flights and you will find one you like. They have a decent variety of styles. Not every one will be your favorite. Keep an open mind. I personally like the Silver Knight the best. If you didn 't find one you like give the a few months and come back. They will have new beers. This is the true benefit of being a microbrewery. They always have something going on (live music, trivia, karaoke, etc. . They do rotating food trucks which are always bomb.Check out their facebook page before you go to see what you 're in for lol.My only critique would be the tap room seems uninviting and cluttered at first. They have been making many changes in the last few months and that has improved. I 'm sure they are not done yet. If you had a bad experience in the past I encourage you to try it again. They are building from the Iron Gauntlet (the former brewery in the same spot and have been open less than a year as of this post. Things have probably changed by now.Disclaimer: I have no conflicts of interest or financial investment in this company. I 'm like Zaphod Beeblebrox, just this guy, you know? I just love craft beer and want to see veteran owned companies be successful. So please take my advice: set aside some time Saturday night and get a couple of flights and maybe a growler. Cheers!
