Mcdonald's - Killeen

I went to the wrong place for my mobile job and showed up an hour later. The staff was very friendly and tried to locate my order in the system and make it new for me so that my food would be warm:

Place was clean and stuffs were Profesional. Restrooms were not clean to standard but works. Food is as usual. For budget fast food nothing can be best then going to MC. You can order ahead of time with their mobile application. Do not have kids play center. They have a large parking area so not to worry about parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes do have wheelchair accessibility.

The service at this location is HORRIBLE!!!!! They ask you to pull around to the other side of the building when your order isn’t ready fast enough and then scream at you to roll your window down so they don’t have to walk the 3 steps to get to where THEY told you to park……then they do the same thing just so they can tell you to get out of your car in the rain……. Why not just ask the customer to pull back around to the window????? Then to make their behavior even more unprofessional, the girl says “stupid white ****” when she thinks the door is closed and she can’t be heard…….YES YOUR RACIST COMMENT WAS HEARD!!!!! Your should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!

The WORST ! WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES AND NO HELP SO MANY WORKING BUT no assistant. The women at the pick up window had no What's so so ever customer service she had an attitude and not even a smile nor a thank you for the satisfaction for the our visit . to my understanding if you aint like your job quit because that can vibe and attitude makes the whole team like that.. Where the team effort the leadership because who ever ia managing that place is no good to carry a title of a manager . ! That qoukdn be a rush like that if they didn't make us wait at the intercom so long to get our orders . that is the most sickest customer service I had ever encounter with McDonald. I hate hvim to pick up a door dash and it's for that location as a paying customer I wouldn't ever waste my time

Service was better than I expected and they dealt with a troublesome person in front of me and food was as expected normal McDonald's
