Firehouse Subs Killeen

For the first time on a whim and had a great lunch! The service was fast, the staff was wonderful, the restaurant was clean, and the food was very delicious. My only complaint is that I had ordered a bigger sandwich!

I tried that engineer Grandson had the children of Turkey and cheese. The reception from the staff was nice when we went to the door. The checkout was also very helpful when ordering. The place looked closed when we drove up the brook. The windows were tinted, and no cars were in the parking lot. I was pretty surprised how clean it was. Grandson also loved the whole fireman theme. This was a plus nice alternative of burgers Tacos. The only drawback was that the air conditioning was out and it was quite cheesy in there! But with a name like? FIREHOUSE SUBS... we have expected a different experience anyway.

I was so excited when I went to the door. The manager and the workers had a positive and pleasant customer service setting and that definitely made me a trip back to dinner. Stop it. I love it. SERVICES AND WARM AND FREE SMILES.

Don't even feel like this complaint is being taken seriously. Online ordered, arrived to pick up, they are informed of products, asking you for refund, will only return to the card I am cool with, but they need card to do this. It was said that I can call and all the information about phone, but I'm not comfortable to do this. They contacted the company 3 times and haven't heard from everyone yet. Very frustrated and feel like this is the theft at this point.

The food was very good, the customer service was great, the soda machine kept getting issues and the soda did not taste nothing like soda at all. The atmosphere is slightly comfortable but very little spacing between tables and people around you.Food: 4/5
