Bidra med feedbackWe were told about this gem through a family member and stopped along the way to Lahinch. Even the views along the rolling green fields of west Clare are worth the journey. This bar, with restaurant, guest house and wedding venue was recently taken over and it is clear that a lot of love has been poured into it. The interior is a mix of traditional Irish with classy modern touches. Suitable to all tastes. They offer a lunch and dinner menu as well as daily specials. They also have a pizza corner available for events! We shared the wings and chowder and they were excellent. The staff, particularly to mention Aine, were exceptionally attentive, warm and welcoming. You feel as though you are entering someone’s home sprinkled with traditional Irish 5 star service. We got a tour of the wedding venue and guest rooms they offer and were blown away. An incredible spot and definitely worth visiting if you are in Clare. We can’t wait to return Thanks so much !
Fabulous food. Food was hot and tasty. Surprised that they severed salsa with fish and chips, however it was the nicest combo I have had in a while. Charming style. Loved that the was some photos of Father Ted. Definitely will return again.
We’ve travelled many pubs on the west coast of Ireland, but this hidden gem tops em all. From the fantastic welcome from the staff and locals, to the amazing food, music and craic, you simply shouldn’t pass this spectacular pub by. The wedding venue also looked amazing. Will definitely be back x
