Sol Brothers Southern Bbq - Kīhei

So GOOD. I was missing Kansas City BBQ and this is one of just a couple bbq spots on Maui. I?m telling you it was delicious, the jerk is great but if spice isn?t your style, bbq ribs with Mac n cheese was amazing. Probably a good thing there isn?t a spot in wailuku area or I?d be there all the time

I?m from the south and the island doesn?t have good soul/southern food really, but this spot tasted exactly like home. It?s been so long, I was just happy and that?s how good food should make you feel. I live in Oahu but I was traveling to Maui for work and this was prob one of the best decisions I made. Jerk chicken plate with a large side of Mac n cheese 11/10. Best Beans I?ve ever had to ????????

Although they were out of ribs, the baked beans and mac and cheese were fantastic! The baked beans had some meat in them and a great barbecue flavor. The mac and cheese is definitely among the best I've ever had—it's so cheesy! It also has a barbecue flavor that I can't quite identify, but it pairs perfectly with any BBQ meal. You have to give it a try! I can't wait to come back and taste the ribs!

The BBQ kalbi ribs and the barbecue mac and cheese rib sandwich were truly amazing. I would rate them a perfect 10 out of 10!

The BBQ baby back ribs are excellent. The portions are generous, and I highly recommend them.
