Very nice restaurant, but ready to fall a few notes when you drink.

Fantastic eating, beautiful chic environment, a bit expensive, but it is worth paying for good eating.

While in the city center, Safe serves more of a neighborhood crowd, which is an advantage or disadvantage depending on your perspective. It was a Tuesday evening, which develops slower but frequenting places on Sunday through Wednesday, it was slightly slower than other nearby locations.... that is, a fun atmosphere was slower to develop. Also comparing to other nearby similar establishments (i.e., Famous etc. , the Hookah and food were not as enjoyable, especially sushi. Cooked appetizers were good. The karaoke music selection was excellent overall... it was particularly much much better than other establishments with older western classics (60s, 70s, 80s, 90s . When considering the price, it just wasn't as good but the issues can be easily resolved.

Terrible service at the karaoke bar. I waited 45 minutes to get my hookah. I ordered a water later on in the night and it took 25minutes. When the night ended I looked at my bill and it was 2000 hryvnia for 5 drinks, 2 waters and a hookah. It's a nice place but not worth the cost. Be careful here when you asked for water or they will charge you ~200 per water. This place has high end prices for low end service.
