Alberto's Pizza - Kidapawan City

This is my first experience with a long wait for pizza delivery. I've been waiting for quite some time now, and my order still hasn't arrived. Could you please expedite the delivery? I'm not the only one who is waiting; there are others as well.

"When ordering delivery, don't expect it to arrive on time. For them, 30 minutes really means about an hour and 20 minutes. The pizza comes cold, and the halo-halo turns into a watery mess filled with sugar and melted ice cream, which is really unappetizing. I've ordered twice and had the same disappointing experience each time. You really have to constantly follow up to remind them about your order. They regularly ask who placed the order and even told me the delivery was on its way. After waiting for 30 minutes with no sign of my order, I called again and was connected to the delivery person, who confessed he had no idea about deliveries to my address. What a frustrating experience!"

Absolutely awful experience! Waiting 30 minutes felt like an eternity!

The restaurant is clean and safe, making it a great place to eat. They offer a wide selection of pizza flavors at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it!
