Al Khobar Palace

Located within the central area but away from the Corniche. Property is not well maintained and appears to be very little occupied or busy. Rooms are nice cozy but there are little or few toilet suppliers. The lighting in corridors was poor (scary). The reception staff (local) was not friendly and not welcoming. In fact, at the time of my check in, he gave a very unpleasant irritating response; he could not find my booking but turned out that he was looking in the wrong system. He called the manager (a non local) who came helped. Also, though my booking said 'breakfast ' included, there was nothing in the restaurant; we were instead offered a lousy breakfast in our room (not worth). Though, it 's a cheap hotel, the service quality amenities offered are very poor.

Reception team is nice But the hotel is not the same

Very poor service in this Hotel , I was stay three days there was no room service, Housekeeping during my stay in this hotel. Don't Stay in This Hotel

In case you like extremely old and do not mind smells and roaches, go ahead and spend a night there.
