Haveli Family - Khammam

Food is good but the hospitality is the worst I’ve ever experienced. OMG!!!! They think they are paying us to eat here. Why such rude and unwelcoming behaviour? Maybe if the staff are good, the place would be amazing. I’m sorry for negative reviews despite good food but im really disappointed.

Good ambience with slow moving staff. The serving food is very slow if you are in rush better don't go to this restaurant coming to the taste the chicken items are good but the mutton was not cooked properly .

I usually prefer this restaurant with family and friends. But, today I had a Worst experience in the restaurant. I went for dinner with my family around like 7 members and there is a cabin with 8 sitting arrangement. I told the waiter to Join the two Table For comfortably sitting with kids. They rejected the request, which is not even expected for this restaurant.

The worst experience I ever had…The person in the restaurant reception counter said my biryani parcel will be ready in 15 minutes and I waited for 30 minutes and asked, they said its getting ready.. I asked for every 15 min and they said its getting ready after one hour one person from inside came and said very casually that there are no biryanis and they started cooking now if you want you can wait for 15 min with no apologies or sorry).. this happened during my lunch time from 2:00 to 3:00..

No prior maintenance. No discipline in workers. No proper supervision. Fully disappointed on mother's day dinner due to the fighting between 2 workers and they served with serious faces due to disputes. Totally Haveli going worst. Rs.800 bill paid with complete dissatisfaction.
