Starbucks - Key West

I enjoyed the cheese protein box at Starbucks. I'm not sure if all locations have updated their offerings or if it was just because I was in a different city. I really liked the Brie cheese that came in the small package, and I appreciated the switch from the usual apples and grapes to apricots and cranberries. The combination of cranberry and cheese is delightful. During my short visit, the staff was pleasantly friendly.

I absolutely love this place! It's conveniently located near everything, and the cleanliness is impressive. The staff are fantastic as well. I've been in Key West for three weeks now and have visited every day—yes, I'm a big fan of Starbucks! I highly recommend this location.

I prefer this restaurant in KW because of its drive-through option, and the staff are fantastic as well! The only downside is the customers; many of them are tourists who don’t order in advance and place large, complicated drink orders. This creates congestion and often leads to wait times of over 30 minutes for both drive-through and inside service, which can be quite frustrating.

I do not even recall the name of this beverage but as usual at Starbucks it was over the top good enjoy the couple hours sit down cool out. In the middle of my overheated day staff at the store is always friendly drop on in tell him SoBeSparky sent you

Came in at around 7:30pm and ordered a strawberry frap. The girl says we can?t make that right now. The polite, customer service thing to do is say ?sorry, we are out of this item at the moment? something to that extent. Maybe new. We order our two drinks and wait 15 minutes just listening to workers talk about their personal life and laughing. A manager walking around oblivious no one is making drinks we are waiting for. Poor guy comes out to the drink section and asks us ?how long we have been waiting.? Over 15 minutes we waited before he even was able to start making our drinks. Only reason this place got 2 stars is because he was so nice and apologetic. Looked like he was handling drive thru orders and inside orders all by himself. 4 other people walking around just not doing anything. Poor guy seemed defeated. Get him some real help and maybe this place has a chance at being better.
