Las Olas - Key Largo

We waited for over 30 minutes without receiving any service or even being acknowledged. The bartenders repeatedly passed us without acknowledging our presence. I had to go up to the bar to get their attention, but the bartender seemed too busy chatting with other customers about her tattoos to serve us. It was concerning to watch her handle ice cubes on dirty bar mats before placing them in drinks. It would be more sanitary to use utensils rather than their hands for making drinks. This lack of hygiene seems to go against health code standards. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the reputation of the establishment. We waited 45 minutes for a basic cocktail.

The service and food were excellent at this restaurant. The bar area was top-notch, and the manager was extremely friendly. I dined there on February 4th, 2022.

The cocktails were good, the sushi was excellent, and the service was great! I highly recommend eating here if you are in the area, instead of going somewhere else. Claudia and Martin, who were working behind the bar, were top notch!

The service was fantastic! eating was good, but very small portions for the price. beautiful atmosphere. usually hotel guests, so no place to mix or hang with locals.

Hand crafted cocktails. Wonderful bartender who takes pride in his bar. Highly recommend if u r staying at playa largo.
