Trading Post - Kettering

The employees were inviting to explain the ordering process while they took us. rosie greeted us and took our first order advice at the order. the eating was nice and hot, the personal has tested that we were satisfied with our meal times. april took our gloomy order to ask what we wanted with every pudding, pudding came fast and obviously big!

For the middle of the week it was very good. definitiw will return

Love this place. The Carvery is a must to have followed by a slice of delicious cake (it's huge) lovely outside play area to entertain the little ones. I would advise booking though it's very popular.

We all had lovely meals. Didn’t have to wait long, which was good for the kids as they get bored quickly. The refillable drinks were a great idea as the kids just went up and helped themselves. The staff were really friendly too. Will definitely be back.

Went to the trading post for a carvery at lunch time yesterday with my Nan and my Son; it was the first time taking my Nan out for lunch using a wheelchair so was a bit of a new experience for us. The staff were friendly and welcoming; first contact was with Amy who quietly moved a chair from the table to make space for the wheelchair without drawing attention to the need to do so, making my Nan feel comfortable and dignified. My son does have dietary requirements, but we are able to manage this without needing to ask for accommodation from the kitchen; but when ordering food we were asked if there were any dietary requirements: Such a simple but lovely touch because it 's never easy to be that customer and ask for additional nutritional information or adaptations, so it was really nice to be offered this without asking. The food was lovely, hot, presented nicely and served quickly. The desserts came quickly and again were wonderful. Drinks were all served within a couple of minutes of approaching the bar area, and customer service was excellent. All of the staff (with special mentions for Amy, Nicola and Jade) made this a really pleasant and stress free experience and I am so very, very grateful thank you!
