Whataburger - Kerrville

Off the jump , the person taking my order was rude and annoyed seems like she brought her issues to work that day which just made my whole experience here negative to where it effected the food if that makes since her service was that negative by the time I got my correct order made me not want it any more.. just a negative vibe in general from this place.. my opinion..

Awesome food and the people on the over night shift are go above and beyond customer service.

Nothing against the food, it’s always good. However I accidentally placed a double order because I had a free breakfast item and didn’t realize I couldn’t redeem it at the drive thru. When I got to the window I tried to explain what I did and for someone with social anxiety this was already difficult, but the older, bigger (not trying to sound mean I just don’t know how else to describe her) lady was pissy for whatever reason and rude from the second I tried to speak. I said I placed a pickup order and she rolled her eyes and was like “a mobile???” I just don’t see the reason for the attitude when I’ve been eating at this restaurant since I was a child. She must have sat on a stick that morning, either way please just be nice it’s free!!!

This restaurant is outstanding in every way. I much prefer this location over the other one.

Whenever I'm in Texas and craving fast food, I always choose Whataburger.
