Theresa made 2 cakes for us last year one for each of our daughter's birthdays. they were both absolutely beautiful, very detailed, exactly what I was looking for, but unique. we gave her an idea of what we wanted and she made it a unique design. the cake was also moist and delicious!

I really enjoyed the 2 day course for All the Roses. It was the right pace for me and I was very happy with the results. Beautiful environment to learn in and very tasty lunch especially your cherry bakewell cake. Thank you Hayley x
