Got to EB&G 5:30 pm New Years Eve, seated right away, plenty of patrons there early, a waiter came over within a minute or two and took our drink order, very prompt and most of all courteous with a smile, ordered Fradiablo(? mussels, very delicious and plenty for the both of us, main course of course were the crab cakes undoubtdidly the best we 've ever had! The portions were great, the waiter and service were well appreciated and we left experiencing a most HAPPY NEW YEAR! Could not have asked for a better evening! Thank you.

This place never dis-appoints. We try to go at least once a month. The food is amazing and for a little place off of Jog Road the seafood is amazing. It just goes to show you don’t have to be on the water to call yourself a seafood restaurant. The very BEST crab cakes anywhere. We have had crab cakes up and down the coast and bar far the best. Great fresh raw oysters, wonderful side dishes and the staff is second to none. But seafood is not the only thing they are know for. Thick pork chops, Barbecue ribs and a gentleman sitting near us had a big beef rib that looked amazing. We could smell the juices from our seat. Just amazing! The owner Pete is very friendly as is the staff, and will be more than happy to share a story or two if he isn’t too busy because word has gotten out and this place stays busy. If you are in the neighborhood or need to go out of your way it’s worth the wait; they do take reservations.

Where do I begin? The shrimp scampi pasta? The patron margarita? The burnt ends? Or perhaps the pan seared cod? I've literally been dreaming about the patron margarita for the past week, it's so ridiculous. I've NEVER had a margarita this good!!! I'm not exaggerating, it was delicious. I need to know how they make it. Go here, NOW... not later, NOW! I'm literally drooling as I'm typing this up. (Wiping my mouth) I'm trying to get back this week, nahhh..... I'll be back this week. I need my fix. Lol lol ? ?

The food is always outstanding! We go to the crabcake each time and the gumbo is Louisiana style. I highly recommend.
