Burger King - Kentwood

Bk app says that Dine-in is available. google maps says Dine-in is available. workers behind closed doors say that dunes are not available. I had already placed mobile order for Dine-in, so I had no choice as to eat in my car and naturally spilled ketchup on my workwear. at least the royal spicy chicken sandwich was good.

Waited 14 minutes to order when I was the second car in the line to arrive 3. (2 lanes open). then spent 7 minutes in the window to get my cold burger and to lure warm frits. the server in the window stood around. what they were waiting for. I have no idea. next time I'm in plainwell, I'll choose a real fast food restaurant.

I'm going to a worker on the phone who shouldn't pay attention when we go in and talk. even my father asked not to make annoying. Not applicable

Lazy, rude idiots who make their order wrong! I know you only have a training in the 9th grade, but you don't know the difference between a double cheeseburger and a normal hamburger.

Great service always at the location on Broadmoor Ave in Kentwood. Friendly faces an fresh food are a staple at this location. Highly recommend.
