Unbelievably slow, because it looked like only 2 people working, drivethru was really lined up

The service in this Tim's was friendly and quick. We were rushed for time so decided to come to this Tim's and were pleasantly surprised. There was a line-up and we thought this would take some time, but withing minutes we were already seated and enjoying our meal. Food was tasty, coffee great, and the employees were very friendly. Since it is situated in the middle of town, it is a good place to eat and parking should not be a problem.

The food at Tim Hortons I find is the same at every shop. It 's the service that is different. After waiting in drive thru I came up to the ordering menu. Requesting what I wanted when I was done I was asked is that all I responded yes so I could get my total. She must not have heard my reply as she very rudely and angrily spoke into the mic Are you done yet!? I was shocked and quickly said yes. Pulling up to the window I quickly paid and was off. I have since not returned.
