We had an amazing early Sunday dinner at The Lake House. The staff were great from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away and got a table with a lake view. Cole was our server and bartender! He makes a great old fashioned BTW. I had the tri tip sandwich (Cole's recommendation) and it was so good. My wife had the caesar salad with salmon and she loved it. Our other two companions had the Bouy Burger and they were very happy! We also tried the walleye bites and the corn fritters apps so good! The lake house is like a cool vacation spot you look over the lake and it just feels special. Great local spot that you need to try.

We had a fantastic dining experience while celebrating New Year’s Eve! We’re already looking forward to returning this summer to enjoy the patio.

Weather was the only uncooperative aspect of our visit. One of our party has celiac disease and the waitress and cook were very helpful in offering suggestions for lunch. Walleye bites and homemade chips were delicious. Burger was really greasy. Would we go back? Most likely for cocktails and appetizers.
