The lady who appeared to be the manager of this restaurant finished with the customers ahead of me, while I was being helped by a younger man, who I assumed was her son. She then proceeded to talk negatively about the previous customers in front of me while I was trying to place my order. I expressed my discomfort with her speaking about customers in that manner, but she continued speaking in a different language to the man. Feeling disrespected, I decided to leave and she told me that they didn't want my service because I showed attitude. I attempted to speak to her about the situation, but she repeatedly interrupted me, so I walked away. I have never encountered a manager as unprofessional, impolite, and lacking in business ethics as this lady. This is the first review I have ever written, and it will probably be my last because I doubt I will encounter anyone else as unpleasant as her. I would suggest finding another Subway location to visit.
I have ordered a sandwich from this restaurant through the app three times now. Unfortunately, I should have checked my order before leaving. The person working, who seemed to be the owner, put brown lettuce on my sandwich this time. It is clear that they do not value the quality of their food. I will not be returning.

PSA: the location does not accept coupons Normally I don't send poor reviews but I needed a quick lunch and had some coupons which are sent frequently met to my home. They had a sign that said no coupons. The employee said that franchise managers (or owners) decide if they accept them or not. Cheap move.
