Subway Sandwiches - Kenora

Although their food is good. The customer service isn’t. They never pick up their phones and act as if customers aren’t important for them. Most times I think they are only there for the pay check. Not surprised though, welcome to 2023

I'm sorry to say that Subway lost a lot of customers when they changed the hours of the store and you can't Dan in after 7:00 in the evening very disappointed not like before where it opens at 7:00 in the morning when people can get their breakfast before they go to work and it was a nice place to have coffee and a sub that time of the morning

Pretty standard Subway experience. Not disappointed besides the lack of green olives but that seems to be most Subways nowadays. I was disappointed in how long they likely forced their employees to wear masks (that don't really work by the way) but I know that each individual store likely doesn't have much of a say in that besides simply ignoring it and rebuking the Karens of the world.All in all, good experience. Good and fairly inexpensive place to have dinner on a Friday night.

Avoid this Subway location. They did not accept the online coupons after I had already paid online.

The food was quite enjoyable, but I had to ask for a key to access the restroom, which was not very clean. Additionally, the neighborhood felt a bit uninviting.
