Some Bagels Too - Kennewick

Waiting behind a person in the drive when it was our turn, we waited for about 3 minutes to open the window and was told they were right with us. Two more minutes go by and she opened the window and then turned to say goodbye to a customer with whom they apparently visited almost a full minute. I understand a minute or 5 is not long, but if you're going through it's long. Asked for a bagel with butter and it turned out that the butter was more in the price than the bagel... what? Uploaded 1,60 for Bagel but butter was 1,70 And then taxes on it. Cashier wasn't all clear about the prices so it was confused everywhere. The kicker? It wasn't even butter, it was a kind of margarine or spread. Disappoint. The girls looked like they had a rough time lately and they were nice-ish, but I won't go back soon, I'll make the trip to Richland.

Sad I've been a customer for months! I came by with my medical guard dog to grab a few bagels and go. The woman at the counter demanded my papers and at the presentation I was still told to go because I am not a veteran and therefore she is not a servant in the eyes of this lady. No! I'm not a veteran! She's here to ALERT ME if I have an ALLERGY in my food or get a migraine. Not all disabilities are visible and my SERVICE ANIMAL was nothing but good behavior and at my side. Absolute Bonker! She'll report.

Best BAGLES EVER!! I especially recommend the blueberry! The service was great and we have our orders almost immediately.

Everything I’ve ever gotten here is DELICIOUS. The wait can take a while sometimes if they’re busy, but it is worth it!!
