Boka nu

Bidra med feedbackIt was just alright. The place felt disorganized, and their method for making drinks and orders seemed a bit strange. We ordered two hot drinks at the same time, but they were prepared ten minutes apart, and several customers who arrived after us received their drinks before we did. As for the bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich, it came without the bacon, but they handled the replacement quite well.
My kids and I walk in… 4 women chatting with their back to the counter. Cool beans I’m all for workplace friends and whatever HOWEVER when a customer walks up PROPER protocol should be to attend to the customer. The girls continue to talk for about 3 mins while we standing at the register. I said “good morning” loudly and they all looked as if I was inconveniencing them. Then the girl who rang us up didn’t ask for names- which isn’t a big deal but it looks real distasteful for other names to be called and then we get called by our drink. I’m real big on customer service and this was NOT it for me.
This place has had terrible service for years. I keep hoping it will get better. I came here on Sunday for a frappicino. My wife and son ordered other drinks. There were 4 female workers behind the counter and no one in front of us. And no one in the drive-thru. The lady who took out order kept saying what else. after I ordered each item like I was at Burger King. I paid 24 bucks for 3 drinks and 2 cookies. The lady making our drinks was talking on her headphones. She took 10 minutes and then slammed a drink, one at a time on the counter. Didn 't give eye contact or call a name. I asked my wife if she thought that was one of our drinks and she didn 't know. So I looked and it had my name on it. These employees don 't even care enough to call a name out anymore. Finally we got out drinks and silence from all of them. Just the worst service you can get. I get more thank yous at McDonalds.Parking: The place is dead ofcourse. Probably because the service sucks and prices are too high. Lots of parking.
I 'm sad that I have to write this review because a few baristas are great, but a barista (manager) rolling eyes at a loyal customer who tries hard to be respectful and patient is just extremely unprofessional, not to mention just kinda mean. I 've gotten to the point I have anxiety when approaching the drive thru, I always feel like I 'm walking on eggshells, never knowing what might be the annoyance of the day that makes them mad. After a bunch of trips through the drive thru and almost crying after leaving, I realized going to Starbucks should make you feel GOOD and make your day better! Not anxious and sad.As a loyal regular I just don 't understand why they don 't put any effort into getting to know me or my drink. Even if they get it wrong, just a little bit of kindness goes a long way.My husband was in the emergency room a few weeks ago and I came through the drive thru already having a rough day, then when they were so short and demeaning to me I was Just thinking, man, a smile or an ounce of kindness would have really meant so much to me . You never know what someone else is going through.I 'm ready to drive completely out of my way for the baristas on exit 7 who bring a smile to my face.
This is my favorite place to grab Starbucks since it’s conveniently located right off the highway before I head to work! I definitely recommend stopping by; the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I've always had a great experience here!
