Bidra med feedbackThe food was great but the service was terrible. We were seated at a small 1/2 size booth. I asked if we could be seated somewhere else. I was told no other tables were available . I walked to restroom and observed many open tables where we could have been seated. I asked hostess to move us. She said no. The manager did move us when I asked her. We received cold biscuits, food arrived in timely manner and was very good. But only with one of the side dishes. I began to eat the meal thinking waitress would come back to check on us, perhaps ask if we needed anything like drink refills but she did not until our meal was over. I told her we didn?t receive all of our food. So to make up for it the manager reduced the bill by the up charge of the loaded baked potato and unsweetened tea. . That was a very small gesture to a botched $100 meal and poor service. Would not recommend this Red Lobster and will not dine here again.
Our experience was wonderful, our meal came out promptly, and everything was fresh. What more could you ask for. I ordered the Cod sandwich it was great, a tad bit under salted but overall great. Fresh fish and chips and the crab legs came out great as well.
We waited extra long to be seated and then waited 45min for food. When the food came out it was cold and flavorless. We sent a couple of entrees back from lack of satisfaction. The manager came to the table and said we could a dessert for free. The waiter then brought the check. The check was $228.32. And I understand the waiter wasn't at fault for the food. He was polite but wasn't attentive and forget to bring requested items. That we had to ask other waiters standing around for. And $25 at the bar when we were waiting to be seated. This was a very unpleasant visit especially on Mother's Day! I just wouldn't go again. Very dissatisfied!!!
Best server ever .. Chase was the most polite, attentive, best customer service I?ve had recently. Every opportunity to go over and beyond he did, from bringing extra napkins with out being asked, to extra biscuits, to bring extra drinks out before we finished, willing to explain dishes, asked how we liked it, even came to check on us throughout dinner, ask if we needed to go cups(which servers rarely due) the icing on the cake was he even brought us a few extra biscuits to go for our to go plate lol since he notice we loved the biscuits ?. People are willing very quickly to give bad reviews well for once this is a good review, not only did he make us want to return. He made me take time to write this review, hands down best service, Chance should go teach RA Sushi Restaurant a thing or two on how to provide excellent service. Makes a big difference of your dining experience. I?ll definitely be back. Thank you Chase for having a heart of gold and being an awesome server. Wish him much success and prosperity!!
My daughter and I celebrated my birthday here and everything was wonderful. Everyone was very attentive. They sang Happy Birthday and gave me free dessert. Highly recommend ?
