Bidra med feedbackA pizza ordered for delivery. It took half an hour (partial delivery service) but the pizza came cold, not well prepared, completely missing a few toppings, one side of the pizza was literally baked dough with nothing on it. Kind of bad. Unacceptable.
Honest mistake, I asked for a Philly style cheesesteak, that?s with the peppers and fried onions, only I wanted to add sauce, this is what I got. Where to start. OK customer service, I called in my order the young lady had a pleasant greeting but it was obvious she was not use to getting custom orders. Warning, ?if the menu don?t say it don?t order it.? I have a feeling that I?m the cause of this low rating here?s why. Besides the extremely small dry sandwich and poor communication, I truly believe if I would have just ordered a Johnnys style pizza, the bad review clouds would have lifted and the stars would be in abundance. But unfortunately that wasn?t the case and all I can say is, ?For the love of the food Gods you gotta do better. Look out for my full review on Facebook and YouTube coming soon!
The garlic knots were boiled and almost dry. We had Strombolis, that we were best mediocre. My wife's drink disappeared when we asked for a refill. I think it went to another table. They screwed up the bill and charged less. Then during the execution of the card they have adjusted the costs close to the correct price and charged the card without notification of any changes. Weird. This is by far the worst of Johnnie. Go to another.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I might have had the worst culinary experience I had in this place tonight. I came here with my pregnant wife, daughter and parents. I work in the customer service industry and do not expect a flawless / perfect service every day, but the way we were treated today is simply sad and unacceptable. I personally ordered the ?Baked Penne? the, as described on the menu, Ricotta cheese baked with Penne Pasta and with molten Mozzarella cheese, in which the waitress came back and asked to clarify my order specifically to ensure that it had not once but twice. When I brought my meal, I was brought spaghetti pasta with meat sauce. I didn't eat this meal, it wasn't what I ordered and didn't even taste well. It took a while to get our big order anyway, instead of sending my meal back to be replaced by what I actually ordered, I decided to eat on some of the pizzas we ordered, which was very good. When the waitress came back after 20 minutes and asked if we were ready for the check. I told her politely that my uneven meal was?t what I had ordered, but it wasn't a problem that I had pizza, but only for her to remove it from the bill. Your answer was verbatim..oh?.well You really confused me when you ordered it because you can order all these things in a number of different ways, but I guess I can take it from your bill.? I didn't complain, I wasn't disrespectful, and I had no scene. Why she had the need to blame me for not taking my order right is beyond me. I don't have a bunch of inquiries or changes to the meal I just asked for baked penne. not, got the blame for the fact that it was wrong, and got our reception practically thrown at us. I don't want any vouchers or free stuff, an experience like this is enough for me to not treat this place again, and I'm not even trying to fire or burden someone? but do better and rent better.
Always enjoy pizza and calzone. However, all mozzarella sticks were empty without cheese. It happened several times. I remember where.
