Applebee's Grill - Kenner

Mike, the bartender at Applebee's, makes the perfect margarita. When you request him, you'll find him to be personable and engaging, with great conversation. His customer service skills are exceptional. And did I mention he’s an excellent bartender?

The food was excellent, but we had a bit of a rough day during our visit. However, the staff noticed our situation and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exceptional. He truly helped make our day a little brighter.

Disappointed in the way she lacks taste and look. I spoke to waitress and was told that she had nothing to do with it. I wrote a picture of what I ordered and what I was served. $8.49 so sad. location: 3701 veterans blvd metairie la 70002

This place is really decent... sometimes the food is hot sometimes it is not but it always taste good.

Really has to be the best big franchise commercial chain restaurant, and this is a great one. Bartender had such an easy way about him but was attentive. Food was fresh, everything tasty, and the food runner that brought our apps out was sweet and hilarious. I can't recommend their bowls highly enough but was not a fan of their burger quesadilla. The flavors just aren't a fun mix. Solid wings, good buffalo sauce.
