Taco Time Nw - Kenmore

I've been here for years, but that could be the last time. for the second time in a row it almost helped to go through the drive-thru an hour. half an hour at a quick meal. if they struggle with mathematics, this is an hour of my life that I spent for eating taco time. I'm not normal that I complain, but that's ridiculous. how on earth can tacos and burritos last long? oh, and finally they have forgotten the hot sauce. once again, as they say, once is random, twice is falling. next time, it's a hostile act.

They took 25 minutes to complete our online order, delivered it 15 minutes after the estimated time. their employees took a lunch break in the food prep area when we arrived. unsanitary, overpriced and terrible customer service. I know.

Ugh. I go out of my way to avoid this Taco Time location because they're slow, have poor service, and it's not very clean. Unfortunately I made the mistake of trying them again today and they of course didn't fail to disappoint. Long wait with very few customers, still not clean, and part of my order missing (that of course I didn't notice until I got home). Go to Totem Lake or Woodinville or any other location but this one

Not open past 8:30pm on Thursdays. Came through last night along with 2 other cars, outside menu lights were on but no one responsive to drive thru. Should really update their hours...

Came here twice, first time left because I waited 15 min for 1 car in the drive through not to mention 16$ for a fast food burrito sorry taco time but idk what happend to y’all used to love it now you won’t see me here again
