Tim Hortons - Kemptville

Amazing food! We had a sampler plate with pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Hubby had a burger with onion rings. Absolutely top notch for everything! Waitress spoke English, which we really appreciated. Atmosphere, decor, and view overlooking Gatineau was fantastic!

I only get Tim Hortons when McDonalds doesn’t have power. This location is as good as Timmies can be, which isn’t very. If you are to visit timmies in Kemptville visit this location.

Food is always just what I ordered and the coffee 8s hot and as I ordered and the staff are fast and friendly

This location works like a well oiled machine. The staff are friendly and efficient. I usually get take out or drive through but this morning I arrived before 6:00 am and thought to kill some time doing what I like best, eating and drinking coffee (pumpkin late). I was able to not only observe the inner workings but also discovered why they work so well here. The supervisors, the one I spoke with today is an extremely efficient lady with a winning combination of friendly, firm and fair. She answered the staffs questions quickly and well and saw a customer in need while the others were distracted by their jobs. There was also a safety conscious gentleman that loudly but cheerfully called out “hot tray” whenever the warning was needed. 5 stars for an excellent crew and deep gratitude for all the employees I saw this morning. Remember, you are not just serving coffee and doughnuts; you starting the day off right for many Canadians. Thank !!!!

I found the customer service to be abrupt and close to the worst I received in any Tim Hortons. Some customer training is definitely required.Parking: Always a struggle to find a spot next to restaurant.
