A&W Kemptville

I have been here several times at various times of the day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is small town friendly and efficient. The food is hot and tasty

Great meal today, staff were awesome. The food was piping hot and my onion rings were great. I love the use of mugs and and baskets, nice touch.

We were visiting here on our way into Ottawa.Our meal came on time and it was good, just as any other A&W. But the person taking our order, while being personable, they had a monotonous and stiff tone.Their (mens') washroom was unclean, the urinal was out of service, and the soap dispenser was broken.Finally, the trash was full so there was no where to put our leftovers. Would not enjoy going back here.

Went inside as drive thru had five cars. Our two burgers sat for ten minutes it seemed. Our order was completely wrong but we had no time to wait for it to get fixed we now had to run out and leaveOne buddy burger was to have cheese ketchup and lettuce only but it had mustard and pieces of tomato as well. The other buddy burger without pickles and onions. Both burgers were overcooked and fries soggyNot our best visit to an A&W

Thus is by far the worst thus chain has to offer. Horrible staff burnt food and a discustinly dirty restaurant. This store is destroying a good companies name. Do not eat here
