Panago Pizza - Kelowna

They closed 25 minutes earlier than the time stated on the sign. This isn't the first time I've experienced this at this restaurant.

There was a mistake with my order, so I called back to get it corrected, I had a little bit of a tight schedule, but they suggested I talked to customer service. Customer service bent over backwards to try and make things good, they went above and beyond. They really didn’t more than I expected I mean what was an error somewhere in the process, turn into an excellent experience. I was very impressed!!!

Ordered lunch for my family and the pizza came late, cold and was stingy on the toppings. K-Town pizza or Domino's is the place to go

I really appreciate the variety of plant-based options offered here. This sets a benchmark that other restaurants should also strive to meet.
