Mcdonald's - Kelowna

This particular location was pretty slow but the food was on par with what you would expect from McDonalds

This place is always slow and my order wrong. I do not think there was a time when I was not asked to move forward. even if no one was behind me anymore! I was even asked to move on and my order was two coffees! When I moved the rod member forward, I came out to meet me, so what was that thing? it's the next mcdonalds to my house, so I'm going to come back, I just hope they're going to raise their game.

Listen man, once in awhile is fine but 25 out of 30 trips waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee when there’s no customers. But sitting around talking to friends is unacceptable. Thank god it’s McDonald’s because this wouldn’t fly at other jobs. Time: 9 pm

Went to this McDonalds to get lunch for myself and my coworkers I ordered and upon getting back to work we noticed that it was missing one whole meal. We called the McDonalds and were told they were very sorry and would give a full refund along with the missing meal. Upon arriving back to McDonalds the employee Simran. Was very rude and refused to give a refund because she was the one who made the order and knows for a fact she put it in the bag herself. I will not be returning to this location again. Horrible service.
