Fresh Slice - Kelowna

The workers were so nice, very good experience, i really recommend going there for a pizza with friends

5 friends and I came here, we ordered some pizza and were eating them calmly. We were thirsty so we ordered some cups of water. They told us they could just give us 2 cups. After that, they would refuse to give us any more water. We wrote a review on TripAsvisor and they were telling us constantly to delete the review. After that, they wanted to talk with us and after explaining why they could not give water, we were told we cannot be given water because it is not in a good condition. Why would they have given us water if it is not healthy and they know about it? Apart from that, ever since we entered to Fresh Slice, the workers were rude and mean for the whole time. We were not allowed to use the bathroom because it is supposedly closed. They were mean when ordering, and we could not put our chair together when we were not disturbing anyone (in fact we were the only ones inside). Probably never will go back in here. A very bad impression in general.

After a long day of Christmas shopping we decided to pick up 4 slices of pizza before heading home. The cheese, pepperoni and meat lovers pizza’s were all piping hot and delicious.customer service was very good too.

Our favorite is BBQ chicken but everything is good. Always fresh and filling.. Always a good price.

Very reasonable rice for the variety of food products. Many options of pizza slices and you can mix and match flavours to have a full pizza. The price for a bottle of water is ridiculously high as always in any of pizza store. A bottle of water more expensive than a slice. Despite that 100% satisfied with freshness, flavour and price of this pizza. Very close to the beach and downtown activities.
