Da Tandoor Fusion Indian Cuisine

We were very disappointed. I called in advance to book for 4 people the booking was confirmed on the phone. when we arrived a very uninterested waitress, they told us they had no bookings, had only 1 person in the kitchen and we had to. 25 minutes waiting (the restaurant was empty.) we sat and she ignored us basically, no beverage order was taken. After 10 minutes I went and found her to get a beverage order. she had no wine or beer available and really didn't want to serve us. we went and ate at another place. I would strongly suggest not to eat in the restaurant. her takeout is really good.

I have ordered from this restaurant for years both personally and with the work. always get the same because it is quite amazing in the way. today my meal was called 15 minutes for pickup. I showed up, was not welcomed in the restaurant. waiting for 10 minutes alone, someone finally came out. I paid and went with my eating 40 minutes, not 15 minutes. butter huhn (hähnchen makhni) and chickenbiryani was terrible. the chicken was not well done, warm pieces of chickens in the sauce, not medium seasoned, even it was white simple huh not done in the tandoori ofen as it should. the chicken in the biryani tasted sour and off. I called the restaurant because I wanted them to fix the problem with them against online reviews. the girl argues the timing of my ordering and picking up, told me that this is how eating is cooked when I know it is not. then refused to give me a refund, only said that she could offer more food I have to wait for. I'm sorry, it's not the same and I'll find new places in the city to order.

We ordered food that should be hot and spicy, but it was not spicy at all, even if we asked to be extra spicy. the waiting period was about 50 minutes to long. it is understandable that they have a lot to do. but it wasn't busy. it felt like they had given us all left over eating. the service is extremely pathetic and the dame that served us was engaging in our discussions.

In the run of the years is da tandoor our restaurant of choice for Indian foods. whether they let themselves in or take off, eating is always fresh and seasoned on their lust.

We go there a lot for the lunch buffet. Love it. Nice buffet specially on the weekend. Not too much variety but enough. Love the naan bread. Very friendly staff. Small, cozy restaurant.
