Arby's - Kelowna

Terrible food, Terrible service. Gave us wrong order, then added sauce when we asked for none, had to bring back again. Very little cheese on beef n chedder, poutine very soggy and slimy. $9 for a medium teg roast beef and there was hardly any meat on it, but we'd already hit the highway before opening so too late to go back. Tried calling, no answer. Bad customer service

Drive through only due to “staff shortages” which to me is unacceptable. What about persons who are disabled and cannot walk through the drive through. Not to mention should someone get run over in the drive through I believe Arby’s would be liable. Pay a decent wage and perhaps people will apply to work. SMH

Good food and fast journey through. friendly staff. we have forgotten to ask for sauce, so we had to go through the drive thru again, because the doors were closed inward, which was a little uncomfortable, but fortunately it was not very busy!

In the lower mainland there are so few Arby’s restaurants left. to get a chance, my favorite almost food was a tasty bite. Too bad they can't find enough workers and had to close so early. that's still eating.

I went to order the roast beef sandwich with cheddar and curly fries! It's such comfort food, and I'm really glad that Arby's is still around, even though there are fewer locations across Canada.
