We decided to try this restaurant based on positive reviews, but we were greatly disappointed. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, the tea and coffee selection was limited despite their claims, and the prices were too high. To make matters worse, we were horrified to see the girl behind the counter cutting her nails over the cakes, as shown in the photos we have enclosed. Overall, we do not recommend this restaurant.

This is a wonderful spot for enjoying cakes and coffee. I visited multiple times in January 2018 and found the freshly made cakes and prompt, friendly service to be excellent. The selection of cakes available was impressive and all were delicious. I highly recommend this place for a snack or a pleasant break during sightseeing. It definitely deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

The meals were very good,Fairly priced except that the beverages were rather expensive. The staff came in early at 8 a.m. and food served by 9a.m. to 9.30 am depending on the chef if she arrived early. By 10 a.m. everything is done. One restaurant is at the Upper Storey 157,Jalan Pintu Pong (Tel Nr.:09-748 3298) and other at 3803 Jalan Hamzah opp. KB Mall (016-9222736).

Decent bakery with wide range of baked goods (read: sugar shots, as usual with pastry etc. this region) and a coffee shop on the right of the store. Verdict: Everything we had was decent, nothing bad nor great. Option for some air-conditioned coffee snack. Price: no clue how the previous reviewer has produced a 100 dollar check in a dirt cheap city as this, unless buying the interior of the place. Prices are in line with Kota Bharu and thus acceptable.
