Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kearney

After going thru the drive thru, my ice cream did not have the extra fudge that I had asked for and had already paid $1.00 to add.. so I had to come back in to ask them to put extra fudge on there again.. But the chick manager made me pay $1.00 AGAIN!!! Not to mention, she was rude about it.. so i paid $2.00 for extra fudge.. she did give me a little sauce cup full, but i would have been better off getting curbside pick up from the grocery store next door.. we won't be going back to this DQ again anytime soon..

Could have better customer service skills but food was

This place was busy after a local football game. The vanilla ice cream wasn't working properly so they asked if we'd be ok with chocolate. We were. So the food wasn't great, and it took forever but the young lady helping us was phenomenal. She was friendly, apologetic, and overall just a great girl.

While I usually go to cameron,mo dairy queen I've started going to this one because they have more options.

Went drive thru to get chocolate dipped cones. 2 cones, $8, which I thought was a little pricey, but good.
